FAQ

Last-minute bookings (<5 days in advance) – Cash payment upon key handover.

Please inform me of your arrival time by phone, SMS, or email. I will then meet you in front of the house and hand over the key.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is possible until 11:00 AM. Changes are possible by arrangement.

No deposit is required. In the event of damage (such as loss of keys or otherwise), the tenant is responsible for any damage caused by them or their companions to the rental property, its inventory, and communal facilities.
